Penny Sue came in as a stray but was surrendered by her owners once they knew she was here. Penny Sue was not taken care of properly but she's all fixed up now and whomever adopts her will truly be saving her life. Penny Sue is a sweet little gal. She is a 10 year old miniature poodle. Penny Sue is almost completely blind but her foster mom says she does great once she knows her way around the house. She also has learned to play with squeaky toys and she really enjoys that. Penny Sue is looking for a low key home without much hustle and bustle to spend her retirement years. She'd do best in a home with a retired couple or single person who has plenty of time to hold and cuddle her. Once Penny Sue bonds with her person she loves to give kisses. She is house trained and is looking for a home with her own squishy donut-shaped bed, delicious treats and a little bites senior food. It's best if she goes to a home with a fenced in yard or someone very dedicated to leash walking her 4-5 times a day. Penny Sue has lots of love to give, please don't let her age stop you from considering this sweetie. Miniature poodles can live up to 16+ years if properly cared for.
